We realize that acquiring paint long distance can be an uneasy and new experience for some of you so we would like to eliminate any concerns you might have about the way we conduct our business. The most fun and perhaps the most difficult part of the painting process is deciding on your specific custom paint job. Browsing our artwork gallery, bringing in ideas of your own, or incorporating an alternative project that has caught your eye will aid us in developing the ultimate art-on-wheels for your needs.
Money exchange is without a doubt the most delicate and unnerving element of long distance productions so we try to keep it as painless and as easy as possible. Before work begins on your paint project, we will collectively decide on a fair price. This quote will be based on the size of your bike/number of parts, amount of bodywork –shipping fees and of course the extent and detail of the paint job. A down payment will be required before work is begun and the remainder of the bill will be due upon completion. Rest assured that once a specific design and price is established we will not charge you any more than what was agreed upon. Our estimates are firm and straightforward without hidden charges. If you make design changes along the way, we will inform you if they affect your final price.
Our business motto is "customer satisfaction is our number one priority." That is why when we begin your paint project we stay in constant contact with you to make sure that we are all on the same page. After the project is completed and you have agreed that it has fulfilled your highest standards, we will expertly package your job in our Cutting Edge bags and compressed air packaging. We will ship off your new masterpiece immediately with a tracking number as well as insurance through FedEx. We also offer guaranteed overnight express delivery for a fee. We will include a receipt for your records, extra business cards (if you plan to share your secret), a Cutting Edge t-shirt and a thank-you letter explaining care of your new paint as well as our gratitude for your business.
Once you receive your set and stop drooling we encourage you to send us pictures of your bike that we can put on our site as well as any comments (good or bad) that can aid us in our customer service.

IMPORTANT: Make sure not to wax your new paint for at least 12 weeks as this will cause the paint to dull because it will seal the tail solvents, essentially trapping them below the surface.
